I’m so happy we chose this hotel as our North Platte stop with 5 children! For roughly the price I would pay anywhere for that many people, we were given an extra-spacious room (about 50% larger) with the most exceedingly comfortable beds I can remember sleeping on! They were just noticeably comfortable! I mentioned it to the staff the next morning and their response was, “We hear that a lot.” :) Breakfast was delicious, with some upgraded options—sausage, eggs and TWO waffle makers. They even had family games available in the lobby. Swimming is important to us on long trips, and the pool AND hot tub were both in good shape and well attended to. When we asked about pool hours, the front desk clerk said “7am to 10pm… but we can get you in earlier if that helps.” Considering most pools won’t open until 8 or later, this seemed very generous! Speaking of, the staff at the desk and in housekeeping were all so nice that even my kids noticed and commented on it as we were driving away. This hotel will DEFINITELY be our North Platte hotel from now on (NP is the halfway stop to the family that lives 20 hours east of us… so we WILL be back!) Thanks for the great experience!

Front desk people very kind and worked to get what we needed.

The location was easily noticed and easy to access directly from the highway. Staff was professional and friendly. Staff met my special request for a ground floor room. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast area was clean and orderly. The food was good, but...

Wonderful room, bed, great pillows, TV was nice, refrigerator great with freezer. Microwaved my food. Able with the couch to lay all my stuff out. The outlets worked for my charger plugs.

Our family suite was large and comfortable with 2 queens and a pullout sofa, with some extra room on the couch for our youngest. The room was clean and nothing looked run down. It was all in great condition. The breakfast had a variety of options like homemade waffles, hot omelettes and sausages, bagels, toast, bananas, and juice. They had a nice water container with lemons in the lobby.
